The owners bring a homely feeling to the service.
I encountered some difficulties. The room I was given was quite loud, with sounds echoing from the neighboring rooms and outside. It was also disappointing to find that the bathroom was quite tight, a bit uncomfortable. The shower had issues where water leaked onto the floor.

The very very helpful staff made a good impression. The room was not only wonderful, but perfect too, and had central heating, cable channels and a writing table.

Really enjoyed the way our double room was. We had an exceptionally comfortable bed, shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. The hotel was in an unbeatable location, really close to the center.

Impeccably clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed and feather pillows. Spacious bathroom with a bath. Location near to the train station and mall and downtown area and the pedestrian zone near restaurants and shops😃

The employees were super-friendly and kept it all fairly clean. Location: the hotel was short walk to the pedestrian zone of Kaiserslautern, the centre of town, and shopping mall. The place was located in a quiet street.
